Refund Policy
Cancellation & Refund Terms
At Dumpster Crews, we offer fair and transparent policies tailored to your needs:
Full-Service Junk Removal:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may incur a cancellation fee equal to a portion of the service cost, depending on timing and logistics.
Dumpster Rental:
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before drop-off to avoid charges.
If we’ve already delivered the dumpster, standard rental fees will apply, plus any additional days or overweight charges if applicable.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exceptions
Emergency services, custom orders, or heavily discount-priced bookings may be subject to different terms.
If we cannot provide the scheduled service (e.g., due to equipment issues), we will offer an immediate full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
